My name is Luan Ngo a.k.a. Lu, Lui, Louie, Luis, N-go, Naw, and Lui No. I have returned to study, after three years of work in public and private dental clinics, doing a Masters degree by major thesis at the University of Melbourne in Australia. It's fun being a student again! My research topic is involved with the analysis of gingival crevicular fluid from periodontally diseased sites (using a MALDI mass spectrometer), and hopefully finding factors which will eventually enable an assay that can predict periodontal disease progression.
My interests include cars (of course), and in particular french cars. I bought a Peugeot 206gti two years ago and i absolutely
love it (of course, not as much as I love Cindy though). What it lacks in quality of finish it makes up for in superb handling and an extreme "fun factor"
when driving. I also play competitive volleyball with the Melb Uni Renegades (go you Reds!) and am a huge
soccer fan.
